Successful leaders today know how to ask the right questions
to unleash staff potential and deliver powerful results. The way
leadership has been defined, taught, and practiced throughout
the 20th century fits an industrial mindset and is powerless in
the 21st century. You’ll discover the new landscape of leadership
created by constant change, generational differences, migration,
global communications, technology, and social attitudes. The
speakers will illustrate the transformation that’s taking place
in leadership practice from leaders who are decision makers
and possessors of information to leaders who are possessors
of questions and enablers of knowledge workers. You’ll also
consider which leadership practices fit in today’s environment and
