Summer University Change Template

The Summer University is held in the Unysis Management Centre, in St Paul de Vence, France.  Each year a strictly limited number of publishing executives meet from all over the world in the beautiful village overlooking Nice, for briefings and training on the latest aspects of media, strategy and leadership.

Jonathan Halls has spoken at the university four years now.  This year he he invited Madeline Finnerty to co-present on leading change in complex organizations.  At the wrap-up session we offered a model for facilitating change.  CLICK HERE to download it.  This will make most sense to people who attended the conference.
